This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for deposits, cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of our services.
By booking services with Common Trajectory, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or payment.
For all bookings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit.
For bridal services, larger group bookings, or services during peak wedding season (May-September), we may require a higher deposit amount, which will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
The remaining balance for all services is due as follows:

In cases of extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from reaching your location safely, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative such as rescheduling or, if available, recommending another qualified makeup artist.
We understand that circumstances may require you to reschedule your appointment. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
For bridal bookings:
All rescheduling requests must be made in writing by email to [email protected].
We schedule our appointments to allow adequate time for each client. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be abbreviated to accommodate our schedule. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the abbreviated time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may consider your appointment canceled, and our cancellation policy will apply.
For group bookings (3 or more people), the following additional terms apply:
Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable. They must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other promotional offers.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
